I’m an operator and advisor with more than twenty five years of experience in hotels, vacation rentals, and boutique hospitality. My work focuses on building modern lodging businesses that perform reliably and reflect the experience guests expect.

I lead Recreation Stays and Recreation Hotels, where we bring hotel grade operations to flexible lodging formats in drive to and secondary markets. My perspective is grounded in operational clarity, disciplined systems, and a long view of where hospitality is heading.
